Land Raider Ares

My Ares pattern Land Raider dubbed "Caleb"

From Land Raider Ares - Caleb

I know it's the all the rage now to have Land Raiders loaded up with fancy paint jobs and scripture but I wanted this one to look like it was in it's first campaign.

The crew will add to it when they have time :)

  1. Very very cool mate, you've done a great conversion with a really good paint job to boot! It makes me want to finish off my Ares now...

  2. I'm lovin your skills here bro. Great looking paint jobs. I'm gonna do a blog up about your page here. I hate seeing great work like this and so few followers...

Lets see if we can change that :)

  3. Saw 25mm's lin and great stuff I say. You have a great eye for detail. Love the Ork Warboss on bike face paint, subtle flesh tones showing through where the paint would wear off. Good stuff. Ares is awesome, twin linked flamestorm cannons eh? Nice

  5. These flamers are serious, very nice paintjob but this green is too bright on my screen (uncalibrated so maybe inaccurate). I like it anyway.

  6. well it could be your monitor calibration but my Angels are a brighter shade of green than GW does them.

The pics I took are also just a bit brighter than it shows in person. Just a bit though.

Thanks to everyone for the comments. It's the most attention I have gotten since I started this whole blog thing.

  9. Those flamers are from the Land Raider Redeemer kit so they technically aren't twin-linked heavy flamers but I think they look badass.
